Membership

Who are we?

Pang Valley Ramblers is a Walking Group within the wider Ramblers organisation and it is through them that we pay our membership fees.

Geographically, we have local Groups and the majority of members belong to one of these Groups, but please note that we do not handle membership and fees ourselves. The advantage of belonging to a Group is that you then get local walks programmes, newsletters, social events etc. that the Group puts on.

Joining

A link to the Ramblers online membership application, which gives the costs, is here: Ramblers Membership.

If you wish to join our Group, then on your application, the Area is Berkshire and the Group is Pang Valley.

Still unsure?

Please come along as a guest on one of our walks to see what we are like and chat to some of our members. We are a friendly Group. Ramblers’ rules allow 2 or 3 walks as a guest, but then insist on you joining for insurance purposes.
